Luxury Indian textile label Kasturi Kundal has officially expanded its retail footprint with the launch of its inaugural Delhi boutique in Mehrauli. Moving beyond its foundational stronghold in Raipur, the brand has established a physical presence in the capital's premier design district to capture discerning luxury consumers. The newly unveiled space houses an expansive inventory of handwoven Banarasi silks, organzas, khaddar, and kalamkari. According to Reena Katiyar, Founder, the strategic expansion allows the label to connect directly with a demographic that deeply appreciates artisanal heritage and provenance.

Curating contemporary heirloom collections

The boutique introduces concept-driven merchandise lines designed to merge historical weaving techniques with modern aesthetic sensibilities. Distinct assortments such as ‘An Afternoon in Piccadilly,’ which applies Victorian motifs to Banarasi weaves, and the Art Deco-inspired ‘Monica’ collection, demonstrate how traditional textiles are being re-engineered for contemporary wardrobes. Aarushi Katiyar, Co-founder notes,  the store is engineered as an experiential retail destination where clientele can interact directly with the underlying craftsmanship of generational artisan networks.
