The HRX M-live session during Myntra’s EORS (end of reason sale) witnessed record sales. Myntra featured HRX on Day 1 of the event, through its live shopping app, M-Live. HRX is a brand owned by Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan. Some 100k users participated in the session. Hrithik Roshan who is Myntra’s brand ambassador engaged with a live audience during the session, sharing fashion and fitness tips to shoppers, resulting in real-time sales.
HRX strongly adheres to a customer-first approach, while staying in line with the demands and trends of the digital commerce sector. Since live commerce is an up-and-coming shopping trend across the globe, HRX saw the opportunity to introduce this experience to the Indian audience at Myntra’s EORS. By blending elements of expert-led product discovery and ease of purchasing, Myntra’s M-Live allows brands to build deeply engaged communities. M-Live offers a great solution for brands to engage with their fan communities, both for BAU engagement as well as for special events and new launches.
Myntra’s flagship event end of reason sale (EORS) began on December 18 and concluded on December 23. Myntra’s EORS recorded 6.5 million orders placed by four million customers. These orders were catered to by over 5,000 brands, with beauty and personal care witnessing the highest demand.
