Clovia, lingerie retailer: PE funds eye at majority stake

Clovia is a lingerie brand that manufactures and sells fashion lingerie, innerwear, nightwear, and shapewear.

The company offers solution-based premium lingerie for Indian women who have been stuck with vanilla and one-size-fits-all undergarments options from generations.

Clovia has more than 200 stores in 50 different locations. It is backed by

Ivy Cap Ventures, Zurich-based Mountain Partners, and Singapore-based AT Capital.

Online-first lingerie and sleepwear retailer Clovia is in early discussions with both local and global private equity (PE) investors.
