Dollar Industries, GOAT stitch 'Pepe deal'

06 December 2021, Mumbai:

Dolar Industries and GOAT Brand Lats Pte have entered into a fresh joint venture agreement for a shareholding of Pepe Jeans inner fashion Doliar had a 50-50 joint venture partnership under the name Repe Jeans Innerfashion with Pepe Jeans Europe vide a JV deal since August 11, 2017.

Vinod Kumar Gupta MD Dollar Industries, said, "The JV deal will embark a new journey for Dollar industries with COAT it's founder Rishi Vasudev has a remarkable history of growth acceleration brand building and successful ventures in the fashion and lifestyle space.
