Folkulture, a home décor brand owned by Mensa Brands, has been added to the company's portfolio. The partnership between Mensa and Folkulture is anticipated to assist the latter expand its market presence in both existing and new areas.
Mensa has been expanding its brand portfolio by purchasing digital-first companies in a variety of sectors, including fashion and clothing, home and garden, beauty and personal care, food, and more.
"Folkulture is an essential relationship for us in the booming home décor sector, which is one of our priority areas given its potential in the domestic and global markets," said Ananth Narayanan, founder, and CEO of Mensa Brands, in a statement.
Folkulture has a 10-year plan to double in size by 2025. In the months ahead, we'll be working to expand the brand's channels and goods, as well as increase its position in major worldwide regions."
