Renowned singers Resmi Sateesh and Libin Scaria present a beautiful fusion of folk and youthful vibe through their Onam song, while actress Mala Parvathy and George Kora tell a tale of homecoming and passionate joy of giving Linen Club, the pioneering linen brand from the Aditya Birla Group, unveiled today, a unique campaign- ‘Homecoming’ - to mark the annual celebration of Onam.

The brand has reciprocated the love Kerala has given them with this film and a beautiful Folk song as a celebration of the biggest festival in the market. The campaign showcases a heartfelt home-coming of family and friends to their roots based on the age-old tale of King Mahabali and a celebration of the folk art forms of Kerala to bring in the new year.

The song Thiruvonamullil Nirayenam is a unique endeavour by a fashion brand to present a local folk melody and join their customers as they celebrate their most important annual festival – Onam.

The song has been performed by popular singer, actor, performer, and sound designer Resmi Sateesh known for her many hits in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi movies. Her band Resatrippin’s first single Paduppatu got millions of views and great reviews. Supporting her is Saregamapa Malayalam Season 1 winner Libin Scaria who had lent his voice to a song from the latest movie Kaduva.

Billi London is shaping the future of fashion with revolutionary eco legwear. Founded by Sophie Billi-Hardwick and Marie Bouhier in November 2020, the pair’s goal was to create durable and comfortable hosiery that was no longer seen as disposable or for single-use.


This year, Billi London has been selected as one of only five brands to present as an Organic Exhibitor at the Salon International de la Lingerie (SIL) from 18-20 June at Porte de Versailles in Paris.

Gujarat’s textile trade organization Maskali Cloth Market Mahajan has teamed up with leading international textile and garment trade fair Gartex Texprocess India.

The organizers of the fair Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and MEX Exhibitions have collaborated with Fabexa, an arm of Ahmedabad’s nodal textile trade body Maskati Cloth Market Mahajan for the Delhi edition of Gartex Texprocess India 2022.

Consumer perception and behavior toward malls have received attention in research. From a retailer's standpoint, there is not much study.

The increase in mall activity raises the question of how big of a contribution malls make to driving sales and profitability. The study sought to understand what drives customer visitation and financial success in malls by interviewing merchants having locations there.

Women’s wear brand Anushree Reddy will celebrate traditional attire from across the country by organizing a saree showcase event at its Bougainvillea’14 store in Hyderabad from July 22.

The showcase will allow shoppers to shop at the brand’s Saree Edit for the first time and discover traditional weaves made by artisans across India. To be launched in time for the late summer and early autumn wedding season, the exhibition will feature drapes for brides and guests.

ONDC: Intends To Digitize Value Chain

16 June 2022, Mumbai:

*ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) intends to enable Kirana and the value chain to run digital storefronts transparently with broader logistics and inventory options, analysts posit as the pilot continues in the early days.

The open network for digital commerce (ONDC ). The government-backed initiative aimed at curbing digital monopolies is working on a framework for an in-house settlement system.

koshy expects that it will bring in 'efficiency in processing' payments, especially for new entities. It is said to be ready in a month's time.

A committee with representatives from ONDC, Bombay stock exchange, and National stock exchange as well as from the national payment corporation of India (NPCI) and a few leading banks are evaluating the regulatory framework for the service which can be offered by any service provider on the network.

ONDC which is being pitched as a solution to make the E-Commerce platform agnostic and therefore break the dominance of large etailers.
